Everyone has a Dad, and whether you are super close with your dad or not, one thing is for sure: everbody likes a little attention on a special day, a warm hug, a thank you note and a small gift. Make your Papa feel special this Father’s Day, Sunday, June 17. How?  Here are our Top 10 Father’s Day Gift Ideas:

• Bring your Dad on a nature outing. If he is well enough, be a little adventurous: take him on a hike, a rope challenge, paddle boarding or kayaking. If not, make a picknick or BBQ in one of the fabulous conservation areas or parks close by. 
  
  
• Bring your Dad to see a show or other live entertainment. There is scientific proof that live entertainment has positive health effects.
  
  
• If your Dad is a history buff, take him to a historic site.
  
  
• Tools are always great for DIY Dads. Chances are though, that he already has everything. If this is the case, maybe you can bring some (garden) tools to the next level. You could all pitch in and get him that modern cordless lawn mower, if his old gas mower is slowly giving in, for example.
  
  
• Organize a “Dad Appreciation BBQ” and invite the whole family. Everybody writes three things on a postcard they appreciate about him. Must be read out loud.
